Iranian Oil Minister Bijan Namdar Zangane, speaking about the results of the last meeting, which was attended by him and his colleagues in OPEC, called the current oil prices unfair.
"We are not satisfied with the current oil prices. The OPEC representatives must work together to correct the price and agree on a fair price to satisfy all participants (of the cartel). The present prices do not allow investors to invest in the oil-rich country," RIA Novosti quotes him as saying.
According to Zangane, most of the OPEC members agreed that a fair price for a barrel of oil is $75.
The Minister also expressed confidence that the OPEC countries should continue to work on strengthening the influence of the organization.
