Capital expenditure on Baku-Tbilisi-Erzurum gas pipeline will rise this year

According to a report by the company BP Azerbaijan today, the amount of gas going through the Baku-Tbilisi-Erzurum pipeline was 15 million cubic meters a day, Business Georgia reports. Gas transit volumes were the same as last year.
The report also says that capital expenditure last year came to $7 million, with $12.7 million planned to be spent this year. The 700 kilometre-long pipeline transports gas from Azerbaijan's "Shah Deniz" fields to Turkey and Georgia.
