Presidents of Russia and Brazil discuss the Middle East, Iran and strategic cooperation

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev reported that he discussed Middle
East settlement and Iran's nuclear program with his Brazilian
counterpart Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva. Medvedev revealed his
intentions to continue developing strategic relations with Brazil,
PRIME-TASS reports.


Medvedev said that they plan to sign significant agreements and
declarations today. He added that they discussed security issues on a
regional and global scale, amongst them being the Middle East
settlement, the Iranian nuclear program, the situation in South
America, Russia and around Russia.
