Azerbaijan is still open for dialogue with Armenia, despite the
complicated situation in the South Caucasus, the head of the
department of political analysis and information of the Azerbaijani
presidential administration, Elnur Aslanov, told an international
practical science conference, ITAR-TASS reports.
The conference is being held in Moscow supported by the Center of
Strategic Research for the Azerbaijani president, Moscow State
University’s history department, the Russian State University for the
Humanities, the Center for Topical Research ‘Alternativa’ (Kazakhstan)
and the VK website.
The participants discussed issues on the regional situation and
prospective projects for scientific-analytical cooperation between
specialist communities of the two countries.
