The settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict will remain a priority
policy of Azerbaijan, Ilkham Aliyev said at an official meeting in
Baku on Thursday, dedicated to the Day of the Republic, ITAR-TASS
reports.
At the same time Azerbaijan is building up its military potential.
Aliyev believes that the conflict can be settled within the
territorial unity of Azerbaijan. He said that all occupied Azerbaijani
lands must be returned and refugees returned.
