A meeting of the presidents of Russia, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Tadjikistan will take place in Sochi on the 18th of August, the Kremlin press service says.
The first similar meeting took place in 2009 in Dushanbe, when the Russian leader noted that a new format of cooperation is being born, which?will allow discussion of various problems, including drugs and terrorism.
