The Russian rouble's exchange rate has fallen once again, Russian media report. One US dollar now constitutes over 50 roubles, while the euro constitutes 62 roubles.
The fall took place right after the OPEC meeting held in Vienna. OPEC member-states refused to decrease production of oil in order to secure high oil prices.
Brent oil is now trading for $70.02 per barrel.
