OPEC says the body's decision to uphold oil production quotas was not aimed at hurting Russia or any other country.
"Some say that the decision was not based on the situation on the market. They say it was aimed at sabotaging oil production in the US, Iran or Russia. It is not true," OPEC Secretary General Salem al-Bahdi said at a press conference in Dubai.
