Davutoglu meets Parliamentary Speaker of Nakhichevan

Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu declared that Turkey remains
the guarantor of Nakhichevan within the norms of international law and
that Turkey has obligations, TRT reports.

After meeting the Speaker of the Supreme Majlis of the Autonomous
Republic of Nakhichevan, Vasif Talibov, the Turkish Foreign Minister
answered journalists’ questions. Davutoglu said that the Kars peace
agreement remains in power unequivocably. He added that Turkish
airlines will carry out flights from Istanbul to Nakhichevan.
