Western states have taken Iranian Petroleum Minister Rostam Hasemi, former General of the Revolutionary Guards Corps, off their blacklist, MEHR reports.
Hasemi will visit Austria in late 2011 and attend the OPEC session in Vienna.
The EU and the USA have not officially confirmed that the minister has been removed from the list.
