European Commission to help Türkiye and Syria
Türkiye will receive 1 billion euros, Syria will get less than 110 million euros, Ursula von der Leyen announced. These funds will be allocated by the European Commission for the restoration of countries affected by the catastrophic earthquake. Europe's assistance to Türkiye and Syria will not end there.
