External forces distort historical memory of the Soviet Union, historian believes

According to the scientific director of the Russian Military-Historical society, Professor of MGIMO (U) of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Mikhail Myagkov, there was an active influence on the part of Western powers to distort the historical memory of the Soviet role in World War II after the collapse of the Soviet Union.
