Abdulatipov: Dagestan is safest region in Caucasus

The head of Dagestan, Ramazan Abdulatipov, assured that the crime rate in the country is the lowest in the North Caucasus.

Ramazan Abdulatipov said that ensuring the safety of citizens and the restoration of the rule of law are the most important issues of the Republican Government and local government, Interfax reports.
