Syrian President Bashar al-Assad said in an interview with German journalists that he is ready to offer an amnesty to opposition fighters. According to him, it gives them the opportunity to return to peaceful life.
In addition, the Syrian president described the truce, which was established on February 27, as 'a glimmer of hope', TASS reports.
