The EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs Federica Mogherini, started a state visit Baku to attend the second meeting of the Advisory Council on the Southern Gas Corridor, oxu.az reports.
Mogherini will meet with Azerbaijani officials, the President Ilham Aliyev and the Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov, Interfax reports.
On Tuesday, the head of the European diplomacy will visit Armenia.
