Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said that he will visit Tehran in March.
"We will attend the intergovernmental commission in Tehran and in March we will meet to discuss the current situation on the implementation of our joint projects," RIA Novosti cited Novak as saying.
Earlier, Iran did not support the agreement to freeze oil production at the level of January 11.
