Iran has started the registration of candidates for the Board of Experts elections. The registration process will continue until December 23, the Mehr agency reports.
The Assembly of Experts elections, which is a special state body electing the Supreme Leader of Iran, will be held on February 26th.
86 members of the assembly are elected by direct public vote for eight-year terms, Trend reports.
