The Iranian Oil Minister, Bijan Namdar Zanganeh, stated that he will participate in the meeting of OPEC countries and other oil producers in Doha (Qatar) on April 17th if he will have time for this, the Iranian news agency Mehr reported.
The Iranian Oil Minister stated that the country will not give up its share of the oil market, adding that he will definitely take part in the oil-producing countries' meeting in Doha "if I will have time," the agency reports.
The Minister repeated Iran's position, which lies in the fact that it considers "the agreements reached by the world's largest producers of OPEC and non-member states, such as Saudi Arabia and Russia, on freezing of oil production at the level of January, as a positive step," TASS reports.
