The OSCE Minsk Group co-chair from the United States, James Warlick, pointed out that it will be impossible to solve the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict if the problem of refugees is disregarded.
"There are hundreds of thousands of refugees in the region, and they need to be heard," Warlick said.
He added that all refugees and internally displaced persons should be allowed to return to their homes. James Warlick also said that during his next visit to Azerbaijan he will also meet with representatives of the Azerbaijani community of Nagorno-Karabakh, Trend reports.
The OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs will visit Nagorno-Karabakh on October 28.
