The Governor of the US State of Montana Steve Bullock signed an official declaration, which urges residents of the state to honor the memory of victims of the Khojaly massacre and proclaimed February 26 as the 'Khojaly Remembrance Day', the Consulate General of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Los Angeles said.

“As Montanans, we join with our Azerbaijani brothers and sisters in Montana to remember this day while also seeking to find understanding that surpasses the violence so often associated with conflict," Trend cited the document as saying.
