New head of Azerbaijan's Energy Ministry appointed

The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, signed a decree appointing new Energy Ministry of Azerbaijan.

Parviz Shahbazov was appointed head of the Energy Ministry.
