Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said he does not plan to visit Vienna on November 30 to take part in the meeting among major oil producers, noting that Russia is ready to continue negotiations if an agreement is reached there.
"This is not necessary, we need OPEC to hold a meeting," he said.
Novak stressed that "if there is consensus and OPEC adopts the decision, we will agree soon," Sputnik cited him as saying.
