OPEC reference basket is below $25

The OPEC reference basket of crude oils fell to $24.74 per barrel, reaching a level last seen in September 2003.

As of 12:47 MSK the cost of February futures of WTI light crude oil on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) decreased in price to $28.54 (by 1.16%) per barrel.

The cost of February futures of Brent crude oil on London's ICE trading dropped by 1.38% to $28.54 per barrel, Gazeta.ru reports.
