Azerbaijan is ready to organize information tours for Russian companies wishing to participate in Russian-Azerbaijani cooperation in the field of industry. This was said today during the thematic round table at the 8th Russian-Azerbaijani interregional forum in Stavropol, the correspondent of Vestnik Kavkaza reports.
During the discussions, the Azerbaijani side stressed that the development of joint production requires more information about the projects being implemented in both countries. In this regard, they said about the readiness of Azerbaijan's Ministry of Economy to conduct information tours in the republic's companies.
Azerbaijan's Ministry of Defense Industry is also ready for such cooperation.
The first deputy general director of the Sumgait technological park, Kamran Abbasov, said that the park is extremely interested in cooperation with Russia. "Our factories are equipped with the best equipment and ready to supply products to Russia. Negotiations are underway to supply the polymer plant'd products to the Russian market," he said.
Director of the Association of Clusters and Technoparks Andrei Shpilenko said that Russia is ready for industrial cooperate with Azerbaijan, as well as for the exchange of experience.
