The armed opposition will attend the meeting in Kazakhstan’s Astana to be held on February 15 on Syria, the Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov said.
Bogdanov noted that the Syrian government’s delegation will be the same as at the first meeting on January 23-24.
"Speaking on the delegation of the armed opposition, I think that now they are specifying this," TASS cited him as saying.
Bogdanov also said that the same opposition groups are expected to attend the talks.
