Russia’s Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev will visit Baku on December 6, an informed source said.
During the visit, the head of Russia’s Interior Ministry is expected to meet with Azerbaijan’s officials and heads of law enforcement agencies, Trend reports.
