The Verkhny Lars crossing post has been temporarily closed to trucks and semi-trucks due to bad weather, the Georgian Interior Ministry reported.
According to the ministry's press service, there is a snowstorm and low visibility for now.
The road section is frequently closed to all vehicles or certain types of vehicles starting in the end of autumn to late spring due to snowstorms and threats of avalanche, Agenda.ge reported.
