Speaker of the State Council of Crimea, Vladimir Konstantinov, is going to compete for MP mandate in the upcoming elections to the Duma in September.
The application about his participation in the general federal primaries of the United Russia has already been filed. The winners will be nominated as candidates for the State Duma in the federal electoral district on the territory of Crimea, RIA Novosti reports.
