Vladimir Vasiliev asks Dagestani business to come out of the shadow

Today, at the sidelines of the United Russia Congress, Head of  Dagestan Vladimir Vasilyev said the republic needs to increase the collection of taxes and other own budget revenues in order to solve the problems with kindergartens and support for disabled people. The limited ability of the authorities is primarily due to the fact that the budget is 70% federal, he pointed out.

"Without taxes, we can help neither disabled, nor elderly, nor small children. First of all, we will turn on our potential and receive money due to the program of ‘whitewashing’ the economy, "Vladimir Vasilyev suggested.
