Turkish-owned crude oil vessel safely left Gulf via Strait of Hormuz, bringing the number of departed ships to three since the war between the U.S., Israel, and Iran began, Turkish Transport and Infrastructure Minister Abdulkadir Uraloğlu said on Monday.
