President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken held phone talks on September 26.
During the telephone conversation, they exchanged their opinions on the present situation in Karabakh.
In particular, the issue of providing humanitarian aid to Armenian residents was discussed.
