The Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation is ready to hold a meeting with OPEC, if all countries of the organization will express the willingness to do it, Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said today.
"We confirm this possibility, but the question is in other countries. We are waiting for an invitation. We are ready to meet before the end of the year if they agree," TASS cited him as saying.
