Some technical problems have already appeared in the trial of Russian serviceman Valery Permiakov, who murdered the Avetisyan family in Gyumri.
The case into the murder of the Avetisyans is being examined by the court of general jurisdiction of the Shirak region. It was decided to conduct it on the territory of the 102nd Russian military base in Gyumri. However, this fact caused some problems. The base is a controlled-access facility that requires a permit for the Armenian press to work on its territory. The Russian party suggested they go to court, which announced just three rather conflicting decisions that didn’t clarify the situation, NEWS.am reports.
