They visited me twice and called me once and told that Serzh Sargsyan had not changed his position and thought our meeting should be held after the guys lay down their arms.
I, for my part, told them that I also remain true to my positions, which is to find a golden middle. And, first I have to meet with the guys, and then only with Serzh Sargsyan. On those bases only, the guys can lay down their arms. Inaction of Serzh Sargsyan in that regard will have serious consequences for our nation, which I feel sorry for. We are in the same boat with the whole nation that Serzh Sargsyan wants to sink. His refusal to come to an agreement is an evidence for that.
In contrast to all these , and in contrast to the vile actions against " Sasna tsrer and the entire Armenian people , I continue to be open for cooperation, the purpose of which is to stop the bloodshed soon as possible . And therefore , the responsibility for the situation lies on Serzh Sargsyan " , says Sefilyan .
