Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian said that official Tehran positively assesses the efforts of the Russian side in the negotiations on the resumption of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).
Abdollahian noted that he intends to discuss the JCPOA with his colleague Sergey Lavrov.
According to the Iranian minister, Tehran is ready to discuss its nuclear program.
“One of the topics of our talks with Mr. Lavrov is the JCPOA and the return of the parties to the fulfillment of their obligations. Moscow played an important role in Iran's latest round of talks within the 4+1 format in Vienna.
