Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak and Turkish Energy Minister Alparslan Bayraktar met in Moscow on Thursday, the Turkish side announced.
According to the statement, the officials discussed bilateral energy cooperation in detail.
The talks also covered Russian-Turkish cooperation in natural gas and the construction of the Akkuyu Nuclear Power Plant.
Novak and Bayraktar also reviewed ongoing work and discussed prospects for opening new areas of cooperation.
