According to Armenian media, the governments of Armenia and the USA will sign an agreement on mutual customs assistance sign.
The draft agreement was approved at a meeting of the government of the republic held on May 30.
The explanatory note to the document states that it will specify areas of cooperation, the procedure for exchanging data as part of the fight against smuggling and a number of other customs violations.
The agreement also provides for simplified procedures for bona fide businesses.
