A meeting between the presidents of Russia and Azerbaijan, Vladimir Putin and Ilham Aliyev, may take place in Dushanbe, Yuri Ushakov, an aide to the Russian president, announced.
According to Ushakov, Vladimir Putin has scheduled a number of meetings with leaders of various countries during his three-day visit. There is a possibility of contacts with the Azerbaijani leader, Ushakov added.
The CIS Heads of State Summit will be held in Dushanbe on October 10. The leaders of eight CIS countries will participate.
