3.9-magnitude earthquake recorded in southwestern Georgia

According to Georgia's Geophysical Monitoring Service, the seismic event was registered at 1:57 PM local time. The epicenter was located near the village of Mamishlari in the Tsalka municipality, approximately 60 kilometers from the capital, Tbilisi.

The hypocenter was registered at a depth of 13 kilometers.

No casualties or damage to infrastructure have been reported.
