Canada announced new sanctions against Russia in relation to the situation in Ukraine. The list includes names of 37 individuals and 17 entities from Russia and Ukraine.

DPR representatives told today that there are civilians killed.One of the artillery shells hit public transport, another - the fire department and also damaged four schools and a kindergarten, RIA Novosti reports.
