Turkish Minister for Energy and Natural Resources Taner Yildiz said today that Turkey would sell its share in the TANAP project if it gets a good offer. Oil analyst Seymour Aliyev told Vestnik Kavkaza that Azerbaijan – as the owner of 58% of the shares – would hardly be interested in extending its share, so as not to be compelled to increase the financing of the project, which is currently evaluated at around $10-11 billion.
