Ingush leader does not want ex-heads of municipalities to campaign

Ingush acting Leader Ramazan Abdulatipov said at the Security Council that ex-heads of municipalities should not become candidates for leader of the republic, Interfax-South reports.The republic will have 76 electoral campaigns for the elections on September 8. Heads of four municipalities will be elected. 15 territorial and 52 municipal electoral commissions are preparing for the polls. 1326 candidates (about 4 per mandate) are running.The leader of Dagestan will be elected by the parliament.
