Dagestani ex-Minister of Finances Abdusamad Gamidov has been appointed as the Prime Minister of Dagestan at the 26th session of the local parliament today, RIA Novosti cites Speaker of Parliament Khizri Shikhsaidov.Gamidov was promoted by Dagestani acting President Ramazan Abdulatipov. He got 82 votes.Abdulatipov dissolved the government on Monday for inefficiency and appointed Vice Prime Minister Anatoly Karibov as the acting Prime Minister.
