European Union foreign ministers will decide on additional sanctions against Iran in their meeting on Monday, German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock said.
She said that more members of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) will be added to the sanction lists.
Baerbock referred to what she called a 'violation of human rights'.
