Russian Foreign Ministry evaluates situation with Iran's nuclear program

The Russian Foreign Ministry discussed the chances of resolving the situation with Iran's nuclear program in the foreseeable future. The Foreign Ministry noted that this is entirely feasible.

Resolving the situation surrounding Iranian nuclear program is entirely possible with political will, Oleg Postnikov, Director of the Russian Foreign Ministry's Department for Nonproliferation and Arms Control, said.

"We believe that, given sufficient political will on the part of all parties involved, a settlement of issues with Iran's nuclear program is a completely achievable goal. Progress in this regard would only be welcomed,”
