Dagestani acting leader signs cooperation agreement with Chamber of Accounts

 Acting Leader of Dagestan Ramazan Abdulatipov has arrived in Moscow today and met Sergey Stepashin, Chairman of the Russian Chamber of Accounts.They signed an agreement and discussed preparations of the development program of Dagestan.Abdulatipov asked the Chamber of Accounts of Russia to help make a more detailed analysis of the republic’s financial-economic situation to reveal the development rate and find the weakest spots of economy. He raised the problem of planning for 2015, the republic lacked.

Dagestani functionaries to wear national costumes

 Dagestani acting Leader Ramazan Abdulatipov has decided to oblige all functionaries of the government and administration to wear national costumes during the Constitution Day of Dagestan on July 26, AN-online reports.A few years ago, the Caucasian wedding costume became the best in London. Wearing the national costume would have prevented Arab fashion, he believes.

 Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev granted Dagestani acting Leader Ramazan Abdulatipov membership at the governmental commission for NCFD development. Dagestani former Leader Magomedsalam Magomedov was dismissed from the commission.Abdulatipov became the Dagestani Leader on January 28. Magomedov became the deputy head of the Presidential Administration.

 The Russian parliament may pass a bill on responsibility of authorities for provoking interethnic relations, as stated by Ramazan Abdulatipov, Chairman of the Council of the Assembley of Russian Peoples, Gazeta.ru reports.Abdulatipov said that the idea was inspired by a statement of Alexander Tkachyov, Governor of the Krasnodar Territory. The governor proposed formation of special Cossack patrols to prevent migration of people from the North Caucasus. Abdulatipov says that such statements deserve a punishment.
