Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s Civil Contract party has won the parliamentary elections and will form a new government, chairman of the country’s Central Electoral Commission (CEC) Vahagn Hovakimyan said.
According to the Kremlin press secretary, the Russian side is awaiting the official announcement of the final election results in Armenia and is aware of all reports, including those of violations.
