On October 24, eighteen families are returning to Seyidbeyli village in Khojaly region under Azerbaijan's "Great Return" program.

These former internally displaced persons (IDPs) are returning to their ancestral village after thirty years of displacement, having previously lived in temporary accommodations including dormitories, sanatoriums, and administrative buildings throughout Azerbaijan. Now, 18 families, comprising 61 people, will return to Seyidbeyli, where new housing has been constructed for them.

This follows earlier announcements that residents would return to eight Khojaly district villages this year: Khanyurdu, Tezebina, Ballija, Daşbulaq, Badara, Khanabad, and Shushakend.
