Twenty-eight Azerbaijani families, displaced during the 1990s occupation of Aghdere District by Armenian forces, have received keys to reconstructed homes in their homeland.

The IDPs arrived in the village of Vyangli in the Aghdere District. A total of 112 people will move into their new homes.

According to media reports, the ceremony presenting housing certificates included representatives from the Azerbaijani Presidential Office and State Committee for Refugees and IDPs.

This follows the earlier return of 46 residents to Vyangli, continuing the region's repopulation efforts.
