The Days of Russian Culture kicked off in Azerbaijan today. The events will take place on June 24 and 25 with the support of the Russian Ministry of Culture and Rosconcert.
The Days of Russian Culture are aimed at strengthening Russian-Azerbaijani humanitarian and cultural cooperation.
As part of the event, a “Russian Classics” concert will be held at the Heydar Aliyev Palace on June 24. The concert will feature the works of great Russian composers.
In particular, the Azerbaijan State Symphonic Orchestra named after Uzeir Hajibeyli conducted by Honored Artist of the Russian Federation Ivan Rudin, will participate in this concert.
The next day, the Azerbaijan State Academic Russian Drama Theatre named after Samed Vurgun will present th “Family Picture” play.
In addition, the program of the Days of Russian Culture in Azerbaijan includes vocal and acting masters classes.
